1. The Tourist Privilege Card (TPC) is exclusively for foreign tourists visiting Malaysia and is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
2. The 5% TPC discount is not applicable to purchases from supermarkets, non-participating brands, tenants, or food and beverage outlets.
3. The TPC cannot be used with the SOGO Membership Card, its benefits, or any ongoing members-only promotions.
4. Use of the TPC constitutes acceptance of the program's terms and conditions.
5. The TPC is non-transferable and may require additional identification for validation.
6. SOGO reserves the right to reject any application, amend terms, or terminate the program without prior notice.
