CHARGES AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery Service
- We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (delivery times may vary by carrier).
- Products may be shipped from multiple locations and could arrive separately, with no additional delivery charges.
- Items with different dispatch times may be combined and delivered at the later dispatch time, typically within five (5) working days.
- Deliveries to remote rural locations or exceptional circumstances may cause delays beyond the published times.
Standard delivery
- Standard delivery within Malaysia is available for all orders from www.sogo.com.my. Orders can be collected for free from SOGO Kuala Lumpur Department Store, subject to item availability in-store (excludes gift vouchers).
- We reserve the right not to deliver to addresses we deem insecure, such as communal postal addresses or P.O. boxes. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery exceptions
- We deliver to most areas in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, but some locations may be restricted by geographical limitations or carrier availability.
- Certain remote rural postcodes may not guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
Self Pickup
- If you prefer, you can use our Self Pickup Service. Place your order online, and collect it from SOGO Kuala Lumpur Department Store.
- This service is available for most items. Orders for collection cannot include items for delivery; please place separate orders for each.

For your protection against fraud, please bring the Order Acknowledgement sent to your email address together with your identification card as proof of purchase during collection.
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present your Order Acknowledgement and his/her identification card upon collection.
Self Pickup guarantees your order will be in stock at SOGO Kuala Lumpur, as we'll hand-pack your order to be placed at the Lower Ground Floor Customer Service Counter.
